NVAA POLICY: Payment is accepted in advance or on the day of the event. Advance payment preferred. Payment from non-members shall be made in advance by credit card or check. Invoices for NVAA members only will issued for amounts greater than $150.00. Reservation Policy: Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance of the event. If not, you will be responsible for the charge of the event. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if you cancel 48 hours in advance of the event. No refunds for cancellation will be given if notification was not received 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellation Policy: NVAA reserves the right to cancel the event due to low registration. Registered individuals will be notified either by email or telephone. Registration fees will be refunded or applied to a future event.
